Eunice Atieno Owiti is a dedicated educator with over 22 years of experience in teaching. Graduating from Africa Nazarene University with a focus on Early Childhood Education, Eunice is deeply passionate about nurturing young learners during their formative years.
Her expertise lies in creating engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children, fostering their growth and development.
As the Founding Director of Rophine Field Group of Schools, she leads with a commitment to providing quality education that lays a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Boniface Owiti Anyango is a seasoned banker and educational leader with a proven track record of success. Holding degrees from KSMS and KCA University, Boniface seamlessly integrates his financial expertise with his passion for education. Currently serving as the CEO of Rophine Field Group of Schools, he brings a wealth of experience in both finance and education to his role. Prior to his current position, Boniface held leadership roles at Lordship Group International and Polpane Properties Ltd, where he demonstrated strong strategic leadership and business acumen. His diverse background uniquely positions him to drive innovation and excellence within the education sector, ensuring that Rophine Field Group of Schools remains at the forefront of educational advancement.
Commissioner C.S Sharon Kisire is a seasoned human resources professional and leader, currently serving as the Head of HR Consulting at Powerhouse HR Consulting, LLC. With a wealth of experience garnered from diverse roles in both the private and public sectors, Sharon brings invaluable expertise in human resources management, leadership, governance, and consulting.
Her extensive involvement in serving on multiple boards has honed her skills in board governance, making her a highly sought-after advisor in organizational strategy and operations. Sharon’s professional qualifications include being a Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and specialized training in strategic human resources, further enhancing her ability to drive impactful change and transformation in the organizations she serves. With a keen focus on fostering a positive work culture and maximizing employee potential, Sharon consistently delivers strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Punit Vadgama is a highly respected legal professional and co-founder of Gikera & Vadgama Advocates. With extensive experience in commercial law, energy & oil law, and infrastructure & public-private partnerships (PPPs), Punit has established himself as a trusted advisor to clients across various sectors.

Maryam Adoo is a highly experienced education consultant with a proven track record of leadership in academic management and curriculum development. Previously serving as the Regional Head of Academics and Regional Curriculum Manager at Aga Khan Education Service, East Africa, Maryam has played a pivotal role in shaping educational programs and strategies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Nairobi. Maryam’s dedication to educational excellence and innovative solutions make her a valuable asset to our advisory board. In her role as an Education Consultant at Almasi LYES, Maryam leverages her extensive experience and expertise to provide strategic guidance and support to educational institutions seeking to enhance student learning outcomes and organizational effectiveness. Commissioner Timon Oyucho is a distinguished public servant with a wealth of experience in education administration and legal expertise in labour and employment laws. He has served in various capacities within the Teachers Service Commission, including Director Legal, Labour and Industrial Relations Directorate.
Commissioner Oyucho’s career journey began in 1987 as a classroom teacher, and he has since risen through the ranks to become a key figure in education policy and administration. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B) and a Master of Laws Degree (LL. M) from the University of Nairobi, among other qualifications.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Laws and a Master’s Degree in Employment and Labour Relations, Commissioner Oyucho remains dedicated to advancing his knowledge and expertise in the field. His contributions to the education sector and labour relations have been instrumental in shaping policy and fostering stability within the teaching service. Timon dedication to education excellence and innovative solutions make him a valuable asset to our advisory board.
Daniel Muriungi is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Managing Partner of Daniel & Kenneth Advocates LLP. With a diverse legal background, Daniel specializes in commercial and civil litigation, real estate, environmental and energy law, aviation law, and procurement law.
He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Additionally, he earned an MSc. in Environmental Planning and Management from Kenyatta University.
Daniel is a qualified Associate of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and a Patent Agent. Prior to establishing Daniel & Kenneth Advocates, he served as a senior associate at Ahmednasir Abdikadir & Company Advocates and was a founding partner of Sheikh & Company Advocates, where he also served as Managing Partner. Daniels dedication to excellence and innovative solutions make him a valuable asset to our advisory board.
Dr. Jared Abongo is a highly accomplished Finance and Accounting Lecturer with a diverse academic background and extensive teaching experience. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (Kenya) in 2017, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Kenyatta University (Kenya) in 2010, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Arts from Egerton University (Kenya) in 1998. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in CPA Part One Exam from KASNEB (Kenya) in 1998.
Dr. Abongo’s professional journey includes significant roles in academia and education. Currently serving as an Academic Team Leader at The Technical University of Kenya since 2019, he has also held positions as Lecturer and Head of Department from 2018 to 2019 at the same institution. Prior to that, he served as a Lecturer at Daystar University from 2016 to 2018 and as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Technical University of Kenya in 2017-2018. His academic career began as an Adjunct Assistant Lecturer at the Technical University of Kenya from 2010 to 2016. Before transitioning to academia, Dr. Abongo gained valuable experience as a Senior Graduate Teacher at Miwani Secondary School (TSC) from 2005 to 2009 and as a Graduate Teacher at Maseno School (TSC) from 2001 to 2004. He started his teaching career as an Assistant Teacher at Afraha High School from 1999 to 2000.
With his extensive academic qualifications and wealth of experience, Dr. Abongo brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights to his role as a Finance and Accounting Lecturer, contributing significantly to the academic and professional development of students in the field of business and finance.
Rev. Martin Mbandu is a respected Senior Pastor with a rich history of leadership within the CITAM (Christ is the Answer Ministries) community. Currently serving as the Senior Pastor at CITAM Embu, he brings a wealth of experience and spiritual insight to his role. With a deep commitment to serving his congregation and community, Rev. Mbandu has previously held senior pastoral positions at different CITAM assemblies, where he played a pivotal role in fostering spiritual growth and community development.
In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Rev. Mbandu is also an accomplished author, sharing his wisdom and faith through written works. His books offer guidance, inspiration, and practical insights for individuals seeking to deepen their spiritual journey and navigate life’s challenges with faith and resilience.
Through his leadership, preaching, and writing, Rev. Martin Mbandu continues to impact lives, inspire faith, and foster spiritual growth within the CITAM community and beyond. His dedication to ministry and his commitment to spreading the message of hope and love make him a revered figure among his congregation and a respected voice within the broader Christian community.
Dr. Simerjit Kaur is a dedicated medical professional and humanitarian with a rich and diverse background. Originally from Malaysia, she has resided in Kenya for the past 17 years, where she has made significant contributions to both the medical field and humanitarian efforts.
After graduating from medical school in 2001 and completing her internship at Kenyatta National Hospital, Dr. Kaur began practicing medicine. Her passion for helping others led her to the humanitarian world in 2004, where she has since worked in various conflict and disaster-stricken regions, including Somalia, Aceh, Sierra Leone, Myanmar-Bangladesh border, Malaysia, and Kenya.
In Kenya, she served as the only doctor for the entire Kapsokony and Chebongweng regions, managing the subclans of Soy and Ndorobo in Mount Elgon. Despite pausing her humanitarian work to focus on her family, Dr. Kaur remains deeply committed to providing free consultation and treatment to those in need.
