Commissioner Timon Oyucho is a distinguished public servant with a wealth of experience in education administration and legal expertise in labour and employment laws. He has served in various capacities within the Teachers Service Commission, including Director Legal, Labour and Industrial Relations Directorate.
Commissioner Oyucho’s career journey began in 1987 as a classroom teacher, and he has since risen through the ranks to become a key figure in education policy and administration. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B) and a Master of Laws Degree (LL. M) from the University of Nairobi, among other qualifications.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Laws and a Master’s Degree in Employment and Labour Relations, Commissioner Oyucho remains dedicated to advancing his knowledge and expertise in the field. His contributions to the education sector and labour relations have been instrumental in shaping policy and fostering stability within the teaching service.
